— Meet Jess

I became a doula because I know how alone postpartum can feel.

Being a mom myself, I understand that you can be surrounded by a room full of people and still feel completely alone in this journey. That's where I come in.

Becoming a postpartum doula was a natural progression. Witnessing the unique challenges new parents face, I felt compelled to offer compassionate, knowledgeable support — the kind I wished I'd had. I want every family to have a calming presence with practical assistance as they navigate the transition into parenthood.

What sets Sacred Hands apart: I hold dual certification as a Certified Postpartum Doula through DONA International and a Certified Lactation Counselor— meaning I can support your feeding journey in a way most doulas cannot. Add my Certified Nutrition Coach credential and my baby-led sleep & well-being specialist certification and I support your whole family's health from pregnancy through toddlerhood.

You shouldn't have to figure out the fourth trimester alone.

Currently booking families due Fall & Winter 2026. Spots are limited — reaching out early means more time to plan and more peace of mind before baby arrives.

Common questions

Answers to what you're probably wondering

When should I reach out? +
The earlier the better — ideally in your second trimester. Families due 3–6 months out get the most flexibility and priority scheduling. That said, if you've already had your baby and you're struggling, please reach out. It is never too late to ask for care.
What does an overnight visit look like? +
I arrive at 10pm and stay through 6am, taking the lead on everything — soothing, feeding, diapering, settling. Your only job is to sleep and let your body recover. Most families say it's the single best thing they did postpartum.
Packages or pay-as-you-go? +
Both. Packages offer the best value and priority scheduling. I also offer pay-as-you-go support at a flat hourly rate. We'll figure out what makes the most sense during your discovery call — no pressure, no rush.
I've already had my baby. Is it too late? +
Absolutely not. Whether you're a week postpartum or a few months in and still feeling depleted, please reach out. Postpartum support is never "too late." If you're struggling right now, I want to help.
Can you help with breastfeeding? +
Yes — and this is where Sacred Hands is uniquely positioned. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I provide hands-on feeding support well beyond what most doulas offer. Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding, supply concerns — I'm here for all of it.
Where do you serve in Phoenix? +
My primary areas are Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Glendale. I'm also available to travel outside these areas upon request — just mention it during your discovery call and we'll work something out.
